A gentle, grounding class created for postpartum mamas and their babies (recommended 8 weeks to 1 year (ish) but always mama’s preference). This is a space to move, breathe, bond, and meet other moms in the same season of life.
Class Overview
Mommy & Me Yoga is a soft landing place in the postpartum era — a room where you can show up exactly as you are. No rules, no pressure. Feed your baby, change your baby, play with your baby. Expect connection over perfection, tiny toes and yoga flows that honor your healing body.
