Join us on Sundays for a focused 90-minute vinyasa flow class. We integrate various modalities to nourish all aspects of self. Each session is thoughtfully designed to challenge and inspire you, starting with intention setting and breath work to ground your mind in the present. This is followed by a structured vinyasa flow that promotes balance, strength, and body awareness.

 

The class concludes with a restorative sequence, and lots of hands-on adjustments, allowing you to release what no longer serves you while fostering peace, relaxation, and joy for the future.
Note: This class is a challenge, but suitable for able bodied beginners with a bit of experience, intermediate, and advanced yogis.
