Hi, I’m Aria! I am a community space holder, intuitive somatic coach, folk herbalist, energy practitioner, cosmic channel, author, and trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness teacher. My mission is to create spaces that reconnect people to the depth of love and medicine within themselves, each other, and within their natural relationship to the Earth.
