Janaina is a dedicated and compassionate yoga instructor who specializes in children’s yoga, prenatal yoga, and mindfulness-based practices. With a deep understanding of how yoga supports both physical and emotional well-being, she creates a safe, welcoming environment for students of all ages and stages of life.
Her work with children focuses on building confidence, creativity, and self-awareness through fun, engaging movement and breathing exercises. 

In her prenatal classes, Janaina supports expecting mothers by offering gentle, nurturing practices that promote strength, relaxation, and connection throughout pregnancy.Janaina also incorporates mindfulness into all of her classes, helping students develop tools to manage stress, stay present, and build a stronger mind-body connection. Her teaching style is calm, supportive, and inclusive, making each student feel seen and comfortable in their practice.

Through her passion and expertise, Janaina empowers her students to find balance, peace, and strength both on and off the mat.
