Hello everyone, I’m Riana Youngken and I am a RYT 200 Yoga Instructor with a deep passion for holistic wellness and self-love.
I began practicing yoga consistently at the beginning of 2022. Yoga found me at a time where I needed to learn how to care for my physical and mental health. After a year of dedicated practice, I fell in love with the knowledge, strength, flexibility, and inner peace that yoga brought into my life.
I completed my 200-Hour teacher training in 2023, and have remained committed to deepening my practice ever since. I have also completed a 50-Hour Yoga Teacher Mentorship, and my goal is to complete a 300-Hour Yoga Teacher training in the future.
I sincerely believe in yoga’s ability to cultivate overall resilience, presence, and well-being. As an instructor, I am devoted to sharing this sacred practice in ways that feel accessible, empowering, and supportive for all. My intention is to create a space where each individual can move at their own pace, connect with themselves, and feel fully present in their body and mind.
Through yoga, I have learned how to love myself more fully— and it is my heartfelt hope that you experience that same sense of connection and care within yourself. By nurturing self-love, we are able to show up in our communities more fully, with presence, compassion, and authenticity.
When I am not on my mat, you can find me enjoying the great outdoors, baking, cuddling with my dog, or spending quality time with my loved ones. I hope to share space with you soon!
