Tea, Sense & Flow

Join us for a soothing, grounding evening flow where we practice opening up and tuning into our senses. We'll begin with a short tea ceremony where teas from traditional folk practices (non-caffeinated, non-psychoactive herbs) will be offered, then we'll move into our gentle yoga flow to open up the body and ground the spirit. We'll end with a guided meditation during Shavasana where essential oils and healing touch will be offered.

All levels welcome, come as you are. You can wear your usual yoga clothes or something representing your Earth spirit that you can still move and flow in. You may bring your favorite mug for tea, recyclable cups will also be available.
