Gentle Flow

Welcome to Gentle Flow with Pina, a class about savoring the present moment while tuning into yourself. Throughout class we will find our flow through gentle yoga postures, then settle into deep stretches that allow you to open up the body and practice mindfulness.

Energy work? Pina also teaches Reiki here at Sage While in these longer poses, you’ll be able to receive hands-on Reiki: an energy work practice that help you feel more balanced, at ease, and healed when needed. Start your morning off on a free and flowing note.

This class is for everyone! 1st timers, beginners, and advanced yogis are welcome.
