This class begins with a gentle Qigong-inspired warm-up to energize the body,
connect with the breath, and to introduce fluid, intentional movement.
From there, we will transition to a rhythmic Vinyasa flow guided by music that will join breath and movement together in a heart-opening, expressive way. Dance-like movements are encouraged as a means of self expression.
Groove & Move is an invitation to explore the beautiful modalities of Qigong and Vinyasa yoga. These practices will energize the body while thoughtfully selected music will help guide you towards intuitive movements.
