Yin & Yang Flow

Find balance between effort and ease in this all-levels Yin & Yang Flow taught by Reiki Master Teacher and yoga instructor, Pina Nast. This class begins with a gentle, breath-led flow to build warmth, improve mobility, and connect movement with breath (yang). We’ll gradually slow things down, transitioning into longer-held, floor-based poses to release tension in the deeper layers of the body (yin).

Class will close with a grounding savasana, enhanced with elements of sound healing or reiki to support deep relaxation and restoration. You’ll leave feeling balanced, open, and deeply reset, ready to move into the rest of your evening with ease.
